Justice Services has developed a proprietary, state-of-the-art Management Information System that has the ability to not only track the progress of its clients, but to also provide the referring agencies with demographic data, reports of progress, compliance and non-compliance, and legal documentation needed to close the file. Justice Services' database was customized for the criminal justice system. Clients are monitored for compliance from the day the referral is received from the court or referring entity.

This computer program provides a very powerful tool not only for Justice Services, but also for the agencies we serve. The program is capable of providing over 200 items of information for every client in the database. Justice Services is now handling over 20,000 client referrals per year with capacity to increase this significantly. In the last 30 years, Justice Services has managed over 400,000 client cases.

Justice Services will maintain accurate attendance in program activities including notification of excessive absences that could result in early termination. JusticeTrack™ provides an excellent tool for tracking of attendance, absences, program activities and generates daily compliance and noncompliance reports for the referral entity. The design of the reports and closure documents can be customized to accommodate any request.
