Justice Services' Program Philosophy

Justice Services is committed to providing research-based, accountability-oriented Best Practices treatment programs to our clients. The individualized treatment programs are designed to target the identified criminogenic needs of the clients.

Justice ServicesJustice Services has over a thirty (30) year history providing diversion and sentencing alternative programs for the courts, prosecutors and probation officers. Justice Services offers cognitive / behavioral / affective diversion and sentencing alternative programs to offenders for violations of state statutes.

Accountability forms the cornerstone of Justice Services' programs. It is now accepted by the treatment community because of the research of Leukefeld and Tims, (1988), and others, that coerced treatment can be as effective as voluntary treatment if not more so. Research indicates that most offenders who are arrested for a particular offense have committed that offense a number of times prior to their arrest. Each arrest results in referral to a specific class structured for that offense. All of Justice Services' programs are offered in both English and Spanish.
